Alain Masse has been president of UAP Inc. since 2015. He oversees all automotive and heavy vehicle activities in Canada, positioning UAP as a leader in the replacement parts industry.
Since joining UAP in 2011, he has contributed to the company's growth through optimization of operations, development of leadership programs, commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and an ambitious ESG strategy.

Founded in Montreal nearly 100 years ago, UAP is a Canadian leader in the distribution of replacement parts and services for automobiles and heavy vehicles. The company manages the NAPA Auto Parts and Traction store networks, as well as distribution centers and training programs, all of which play an essential role in the development of the Canadian auto parts industry. Expenses related to this virtual initiative are minimal. Nearly all revenues generated are donated to the IRCM Foundation, whose mission is to support basic and clinical research at the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal (IRCM).
Researchers at the IRCM, grouped around 4 major themes, are working to deepen our knowledge of almost all the major diseases of our time: cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular, genetic or inflammatory diseases, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, to name but a few. Physicians at the IRCM Clinic care for patients living with complex or rare diseases that require ultra-specialized follow-up.
